Description: This is a collection of all the issues of the magazine, Mizo leh Vai Chanchinbu, during the year 1928, which is published every month from January to December. As in other year’s January issue, the first issue contains information about the date of government holidays for the year 1928. Through the magazine, we can observe that, it was used as a medium to give order, such as “Standing order” by the government, such order to the people to not use certain set of land, which is near the roadside for jhum cultivation. The magazine also contain articles that gives moral teaching to the male youth of the Mizo society, as well as articles that discussed about the customary law of the people. Certain issue contains teachings about the technique of farming.
