Thun Chen is a wind instrument made of brass. This traditional instrument is found in Ladakh. Majorly used by ‘Lamas’. It is usually played in pairs.

A long brass trumpet, with a wide bell shaped opening. Decorated with ornamental rings at intervals. A small disc shaped mouth rests with a blowing hole. Used by ‘Lamas’. Usually played in pairs.
