Popatik is a solid instrument made of bamboo. Resembling a long clapper, this instrument is found in Sikkim. Majorly used in group dances of Sikkim.

Material: Bamboo
An about one feet long clapper, made of bamboo tube. Bamboo is sliced off vertically from the centre keeping the other end intact. While playing, held in one hand and the two sliced off arms are struck rhythmically, by another hand. Used in group dances of Sikkim.
