Kham is a percussion instrument made of wood and parchment. This is a folk instrument found in Tripura. Mostly used by the tribal communities in their group dances.

A cylindrical bi facial wooden shell. Both the faces are covered with skin. Right face is higher pitched than the left. While playing hung from the neck and beaten with both hands. Used by tribal communities of Tripura in their group songs and dances.
