Yoghurt Fish

Description: This dish uses a firm-fleshed white fish which is pan-fried after being marinated in turmeric and salt . A rich gravy is prepared with several aromatic spices such as chillies, cumin, pepper, cloves etc., and yogurt which provides a creamy texture to the curry. Once the gravy is cooked, the fish is added and served alongside plain white rice.
