King Chilli |

Directions
- Thoroughly wash the pork with proper care and then drain the water.
- Cut the pork into generous square pieces with the bones.
- Place the pork in a deep pan over high heat with enough water to cover the meat.
- Let the pork boil for 25 minutes with the lid covered.
- Add the Axone and let the stew simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Grind the chilli and garlic into a paste and add it to the stew, with any choice of garnishing.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice, vegetables, and a choice of Naga pickles.
