Ghandyali ka Khatta

Description: This is a traditional delicacy from Himachal Pradesh which consists of fried pieces of "gandhyali" or taro in a gravy of curd and spices. The taro is cut into cubes and fried separately. These are then simmered in a gravy of yogurt and spices. The dish has a delicious amalgamation of sour as well as spicy flavours.
