Egg Cutlet
Description: To prepare this dish, hard boiled eggs are encased first in a layer of mashed potatoes mixed with spices, and then coated in an egg-corn flour mixture. The cutlets are then deep fried in oil till the exterior becomes brown and crispy. Egg cutlet pairs extremely well with a steaming cup of tea.
