Description: This long ribbon used for hair decoration is designed with colourful patterns and with simple geometrical patterns, like- criss-cross motifs and lozenge-shaped motifs of yellow thread on multicoloured background having boxes and bands of red, blue, black and white etc. on the whole piece. This decorative item has open ends with free threading and has suspended threads on both the edges. The yellow coloured ventral side forms a strong and durable portion to support the object in rough-tough situation. On the same side, sap green coloured thin stripes are running on both lateral edges. It resembles a particular clan or a tribe of Arunachal Pradesh.
